TWC Services Establishes Dallas-Fort Worth Branch Via Complete Maintenance Solutions Acquisition

DES MOINES, Iowa (June 19, 2025) – TWC Services is thrilled to announce it has entered the Dallas-Fort Worth market by acquiring Complete Maintenance Solutions, a commercial HVAC/R service company founded by Bret Wooten in 2005. The acquisition closed on Monday, June 14. Wooten will lead the newly established Dallas-Fort Worth branch for TWC Services.

This is the third Texas branch location for TWC Services, following the establishment of a Houston branch with the acquisition of P&M Services TX in 2023 and a Canyon Lake branch serving San Antonio and Austin with the acquisition of Dallis Refrigeration of Texas in 2024.

In January this year, TWC Services acquired the Austin location of Pro Refrigeration, LLC to increase its coverage of the Austin market from the Canyon Lake branch.
