TWC Services Further Expands into Texas with Acquisition of Dallis Refrigeration of Texas

TWC Services is happy to announce its acquisition of Dallis Refrigeration of Texas, a leading commercial refrigeration and HVAC service company that serves the Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding markets in Texas. This is TWC Services’ second acquisition in Texas after the 2023 acquisition of P&M Services in Houston. With these two additions, TWC Services will now be able to serve a larger market of customers across the south-central region of Texas.
Based out of Canyon Lake, Texas, Dallis Refrigeration was founded by Doug and Linda Dallis in 2010. Over the past 14 years, Dallis Refrigeration has developed a highly regarded reputation for quality and timely repair, installation, and maintenance services for commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and filtration needs.

Doug will focus on ensuring a seamless transition for employees and customers and, after the initial transition, he will focus on expanding service to new and existing customers.
