TWC Services Acquires Thermal Resources in Austin, Texas

DES MOINES, Iowa (Dec. 1, 2025) – TWC Services is thrilled to announce its acquisition of Thermal Resources, a leading commercial HVAC and refrigeration service company in Austin, Texas. Thermal Resources is owned and operated by Kevin Collier, who founded the company in 2018.

With the acquisition of Thermal Resources, TWC Services will establish a standalone branch location in Austin. The Austin market had previously been served by the Canyon Lake branch, which now becomes the San Antonio branch. Collier will take on the role of operations manager for the newly formed Austin branch.

This is TWC Services’ fifth acquisition in 2025 and its sixth overall in Texas. In January, the company acquired Pro Refrigeration’s Austin location, in February Around the Clock Equipment Service in Charlotte, in June Complete Maintenance Solutions in Dallas-Fort Worth, and in September S&S Refrigeration in San Antonio.
