Lead Installation Tech

TWC Services has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Installation Technician in our Charlotte office! This position will report directly to the Project Manager and will oversee multiple site and lead teams up to 3 installers.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         5-10 years’ experience in the installation of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment

·         Experience with job site inspections and providing quality control for the installations

• Demonstrate efficient and effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service and thorough communication with customers
• Strong leadership skill and the ability to work a long side of there team
• Universal EPA certification
• Clear background check and a good driving record
• Clean drug screen
