Collections & Office Administrator

TWC SERVICES INC., growing, industry leader with multiple locations is hiring an experienced, dependable, and detailed Office Coordinator for Mobile branch office.  Responsibilities include: administrative support, collections, credit cards, mail, scan accounts payable invoices to corporate, uniform ordering and maintain good customer service representative to all external and internal customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Administrative and Collections experience with strong attention to detail
  • Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Solid computer skills
  • Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
  • HVAC and/or service department experience preferred
  • Associates Degree or comparable experience
