DES MOINES, Iowa (October 20, 2023) -- TWC Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Upton Refrigeration Sales and Service Inc., a commercial ice machine leasing and refrigeration equipment company in Panama City, Florida. With this acquisition, TWC Services adds a well-established ice machine leasing offering to its commercial HVAC, refrigeration, beverage, and cooking equipment service lines of business.
