Ft. Myers Award

Here is a picture of Ft. Myers branch manager Jim Roberts receiving very prestigious honors. Jim won the Daiken Leadership Award for outstanding service in the HVAC and Refrigeration Industry at a conference in Orlando for the Florida Refrigeration Air Conditioning Contractors Association, held in March.

Jim says, “I attended the conference to obtain continuing education credits to maintain my license and because I am also on our local chapter’s Board  of Directors. Unbeknownst to me, I had been nominated to receive the President’s Leadership Award for my years of apprenticeship instruction and other service. I was totally surprised about the nomination but to actually win the award for the state blew my mind! I am humbled and honored to win the award, which will be proudly displayed at the branch. Thank you to all for helping me to become a better leader and person.”
