Strategic Accounts Manager

This person will act as a single point of contact for strategic customers across multiple locations in the M.W. and S.E.  He/she will ensure branches are following customer guidelines, are providing a consistent approach-look-feel and are pricing our work in a uniform manner.  In addition to this, the Accounts Manager will coordinate customer onboarding processes with branch operations, our corporate administrative team and the call center staff. Qualifications include:  knowledge of HVAC-R systems; exceptional communications skills; the ability to put urgency on matters and multi-task; trade school/associate’s degree as minimum education; will be computer proficient.  NOTE: candidates with Service Technician and/or Service Management experience are especially encouraged to apply!  Please send resume with salary history.

Education Requirements:

  • Technical school graduate, Associates degree or college
