Service Coordinator

TWC Services is growing and we are looking for the best people in the industry. Our Charlotte office is seeking a Dynamic candidate for the position of Service Coordinator. This person will assist our Service Managers in directing our team of highly skilled service Technicians.

Responsibilities include: Provide the highest level of service to our customer! Coordinates with service managers to schedule service calls, and maintain PM schedules. Receive parts orders and coordinate completion of repairs. Provides necessary support functions such as issuing P.O.'s and material control forms, and assigning job numbers.

Job Requirements:

·         Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment and with minimal supervision

·         Manage day-to-day work-flow efficiently while providing best in class service to our customers

·         Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented is a must have for this position

·         Dispatch experience a plus

·         High School Diploma or GED
