Customer Service Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator sits at the intersection of people, process, tools, and resources to ensure our company is providing world class customer service both internally and externally. We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated individual with exceptional quality assurance, training and mentoring skills to add to our dynamic Customer Service division.

Our ideal candidate must possess the following experience and skills necessary to be successful in this role:

  • Quality Assurance Experience and Skills

o  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a quality assurance role; reviewing, scoring and providing feedback on the work of others.  

  • Training Experience and Skills

o   Minimum 2 years’ working in a mentor or training capacity; coaching and motivating others.  

o   Excellent collaboration, documentation, and training skills are a must.

  • Project Experience and Skills–

o   Excellent time management and task management skills are required to ensure you have the ability to participate in ongoing projects as needed.

  • General Office Experience and Skills -

o   Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

o   Excellent computer skills including Excel report creation, Outlook email and scheduling, PowerPoint creation and delivery, and Word documentation.
