Paul Makes It Work!

When an electrical storm took out the power in Des Moines at our new office building last Thursday, it did not stop our President Paul Morrison from working. Our call center has back-up power so he just moved to a desk there and carried on with his day!!! He is such a great leader; he motivates everyone to improve and then leads by example.
